Before you compose your answers to important emails, OutNote lets you take notes and attach them to each email. To create a note, simply right-click any email or contact in Outlook. You'll be able to add your thoughts to your Outlook information. You'll know immediately if you have already attached a note. It's easy to control the icon that you associate with each email, and to color-code your notes. Each note can include a date/time stamp.
